can't synch

Just bought a 8330 that was properly receiving email messages but not synched. Next bought a new laptop and loaded Outlook which is now receiving/sending email properly. I can't get the address book to transfer to the new computer. While troubleshooting that, Blackberry is no longer is receiving email messages. What do I do?

Please pass along some information.

PC and OS vista.Xppro MAC

version of the desktop manager you are using,

and the version of the device software you have on the 8330.

I am receiving and sending now on the Blackberry. I don't know why it cut out the other night. I still cannot get them synched and can't get the email address list to the new computer with newly loaded Outlook program.

in your list of programs I did not notice the desktop manager software your are using to cinchonas your device.

Are you trying to us VZaccess to synch?
