I can't synchronize my BB Storm 2 with Desktop Software in my Macbook Pro Retina 15",
everything is ok but the sync button is not clickable.
What's the problem and how could I solve it?

Thank you for your support but nothing of what is in the article is mine problem...
My smartphone is regularry connected, don't know what is a PIMs and I don't have iSync, my iOS is iOS X 10.8.3
