When my Blackberry curve 9320 is connected to either my BT home hub wifi or a wifi hotspot, I cannot access the internet because I get the following message:
Communication failure if this problem persisits contact your service provider.
Other phones can connect without any problem, does anyone know how to solve this problem ?

I would recommend checking with your wireless service provider to verify that you have the correct data services for internet access over Wi-Fi.

Thank you for your reply, I have already checked with BT and Virgin mobile who both indicated that they thought the problem was a faulty handset. Although I had already had the handset exchanged they agreed to exchange the handset a second time and this has now cured the problem !
I was very surprised to have exactly the same fault on 2 brand new hand sets, perhaps this is a design fault with this model ?
