cannot back up my torch 9810

when i go back up my torch 9810 it works perfectly and runs through everything until it comes to 'SMART CARD' - once there it freezes and goes no further, so i cannot back up my information and details, which is worrying. I do not have an SD card installed. the phone backed up fine until December. each time i try this, the same happens every time.

 

ANY IDEAS PLEASE!!!!

Please try this Knowledge Base to resolve your issue :

 

KB29522  : "Error backing up databases" message is generated at Smart Card Options database when backing up the BlackBerry smartphone using the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
