cannot browse internet through my 2g packs

hello,

i had activated a tata docomo mailite daily plan of rs.12 few days back and since then i have not been able to use the normal 2g internet. prior to the activation of BIS, i was able to browse the internet as well as use the third-party apps like the watsapp and facebook messenger. i have even tried enabling the TCP/IP settings with "tata.docomo.internet" but the results are the same. please help me.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Each carrier controls their network as well as the services for their users. You must ring up Tata Docomo for assistance with this...only they can tell you how to configure for what you desire (if, indeed, such is even possible!).
