cannot connect to server bold 9650

help please i cannot seem to get connected to the world server and get my emails and internet access via my blackberry bold 9650. I went through my host routing table and sent a registration message to blackberry. my network provider is adamant that blackberry must send a text back to confirm that i am registered on the blackberry server before their IT dept can send me the service books? i am about to throw the fone out the window! thanks

Can you provide the exact error message you're receiving when you try to access BlackBerry World?  Also if you connect via Wi-Fi are you able to login to BlackBerry World?
