cannot download an app

I am trying to download the viber app on my phone but when I type in my email and password it gives me an error message. I have changed my password 3 times and still doesn't help. My email adress stays the same. I never had a problem with whatsapp. Can someone please help as this is not a procedure problem but a technical one and maybe from blackberry side.
