cannot set up bbm

Insufficient wireless coverage of your connection to the wireless connection is turned off.

I don't get this. My wifi is on..still I can't set up my bbm.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

What about your carrier data network signal? Can you try via that rather than WiFi?

And also please be aware that BBM is a BB-proprietary service, requiring subscription to an adequate data plan from your carrier...please be sure you have that as well.
