i recently purchased a blackberry bold 9000.
I am paying for the blackberry no-stop service through WIND.it.
I still cannot configure email addresses.
it only gives me this option:
BlackBerry Enterprise Server email configuration.
If I cannot add other addresses (for example google) then the phone is useless.
i have checked with my internet provider, and with the store that sold it to me, but they have not helped.
PLEASE HELP ME!

In order to use Personal Email services we need Specific BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS on our account , Do you have that on your account .Call your Carrier Wind to add that plan on your account then it will allow you to setup your Personal Email on your device .

When we activate BIS our Carrier push does those Service books , As a result we are able to setup our personal emails and Internet mail account options appear other then that Enterprise option. So if you already have BIS on your account then please call your carrier Wind to confirm if your account is properly configured with BIS or not.
