cannot share contacts with a paired Bluetooth enabled device

Hello BB support'

Bluetooth works fine, but I have a problem pairing my contacts.

In the Bluetooth Options, the contact transfer enable / disable field,

the field is greyed out and no option is available.

The disable option is locked in and I cannot select any other option.

How do I correct this?  Thanks

Re: cannot share contacts with a paired Bluetooth enabled device

Hi bmoblue and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

Contact transfer may not work between all devices. Are you tranferring to or from the BlackBerry smartphone and what device are you transferring with?

Thanks.

Re: cannot share contacts with a paired Bluetooth enabled device

Good Morning Cpt!

I am transferring from my BB smartphone to my new car's bluetooth option.  Dealer says it should work.  he made the connection with other BB to the same make of car on numerous occasions.  So I was thinking it was an preferrence and my BB that is blocking this transfer.  any solutions?

thanks

Bmoblue.
