cannot update to bbm 7 on 9900

I have switched to BB bold 9900, but its not allowing me to update my bbm 6.2 to bbm 7

I have tried to get it directly from the website, but throws me back to the bb world.
Help or any suggestion regarding, would be appreciated.

Please provide the exact and complete methods you attempt (e.g., what website?) along with the exact and complete content of any error messages presented ("cannot update" is insufficient...surely there must be some error message?).

If you want to update your BBM 6.0 to 7.0

Go to AppWord and get  ou tap the Icon My World 

On your BBM you will received one notification to upgrade you application

Well I have tried the usual way, by going to my world but its not showing any notification on the that app.

I went to http://ae.blackberry.com/bbm/bbm-voice.html then I clicked "update BBM on your smartphone" then it opens the BB My world and then the same story, it dosent show any notification regarding upgrade.
Is it something to do with I'm using this services in middle east U.A.E ?

Or you can use the difFerent way 

You can remove the aplication on your divice reboot the mobile and install the application again from your ApppWorld try to do that

From your BB Browser, please try www.blackberry.com/bbm

Sometimes it is not possible...in some cases, it is installed as a Core app, and cannot be removed...but, normally upgrading remains possible.

 

abdulrehmanQ  -- are your other BB-proprietary services working OK. Email? Web Browsing? BB Protect? Etc?
