cant access app world HELP!!!

I cant access as i have forgotten my password, i cannot reset my password as i created the password under an old email address which i also do not have access to. How can I reset my appworld password?

You can't...in your situation, ALL automated resolutions require you to have access to the email account that is associated. So, you have a choice to make:

  1. If you have no prior AppWorld records (e.g., purchases) that you are concerned about, then just abandon the old ID and create a new one, starting over (this time though, remembering your credentials).
  2. But, if you need prior AppWorld records, then you need human intervention. And that's only available by you ringing up your mobile service provider (vodafone, according to your profile here) and convincing them to escalate your case into RIM. Only that way can you get the human intervention you require. If they can satisfactorily identify you, they may either reset your old account or they may have you create a new one, and they will manually migrate your AppWorld records to it.

Sorry that it's so cumbersome...but like all BB things, it is the most secure available. Hence, when things go wrong to a particular point, only human intervention can fix it.
