cant access bb apps using smartphone

hello, hope somebody can help me.  when i try to log on to bb app world using my smartphone, this message prompts: <blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry app world server.  Verify your network connections and try again.>.  I'm using wi-fi.

Multiple reasons for the error you recieved ,Please go through those Knowledge Base and look one which suits you,I hope you will able to figure it out :

 

 KB28188    ,     KB29490   ,    KB20031

 

So please try those and see if that resolves your issue.
