cant access call log

whenever i try to access my call log it opens up a window that asks me to type in a name or number to call

tried a soft reset and nothing changed and theres nothing in troubleshooting.

any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Your available memory is too low. The device erases the call logs and messages first in order to preserve necessary applications. If you don't have a memory card thaen getting one is a good idea as any pics you take, songs downloaded, ringtones etc eat up your memory.
