cant access my blackberry ID

Anyone cna help me

i changed a sim and i put my mail and password, 

i get a message unable to access your blakcbeery id acount now.


what the hell is this RIM Team,all the time i travel i cnat fell in these ..

Can you try going to Options > Device > BlackBerryID and entering your username and password there?

Have you tried entering the same at www.bbid.com?
