I have tried to download viber many times on my blackberry torch. I works fine with the wifi but does not work with my internet connection. I have tried to speak to vodafone about it and they tell me that it is a blackberry issue not a vodafone one. Anyone had the same issue? anyone know how I can resolve this? Please help. Thanks

Which feature of Viber you're try to use over your mobile network ?
Are you able to browse internet using BlackBerry native browser and Is every other BlackBerry application working over your mobile network like BBM , email services etc . .. ?

Remember that Viber application works with 3G mobile network and via wi-fi
If you've configured the application properly and Connection lost maybe is because the signal is weak and the call is lost.
