cant hang up on a call

Help! When I make a call and try and hang up the keys will not repond and I have to take the battery out to end the call!

Follow the below steps -

 

  1. Try having a security wipe. This will erase all of your device data and hence you back up your device before attempting a security wipe. Go to Options > Security > Security Wipe. Type in 'blackberry' (without quotes)
  2. If performing above doesn't resole the issue then consider updating/reinstalling existing device OS.
    If the issue software related then having update will make it go away.
