computer freeze - roxio

Hi,

 

I have a message that pops up and freezes my computer.

 

The message reads:

 

Runtime Error!

 

Program:...ommon Files\Roxio Shared\9.0\SharedCOM\RoxWatchTray9.exe

 

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

 

Contacting Roxio has proved fruitless. Does anyone have ideas on how to solve this?

Hello

Try uninstalling desktop manager, then do a search for roxio fragments if any is left behind and reinstall desktop manager and leave out roxio from the install this time.

Provided that you are not using other roxio products like their cd/dvd/bluray suite.
