connection

my bold 9000 is not connected to the internet, and I have a data plan that enables wifi features
I can't log on on my facebook, I can't ping! Can someone pls help me out my data plan is running out

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your BlackBerry data connection.

 

Do you get an error when you go to log into Facebook? If so, what's that error? 

 

What do you mean by "my data plan is running out"? Are you using a prepaid data plan? 

 

Can you send me a private message with your PIN for investigation?

The lower case edge indicates your data services are not active.

I was able to investigate for you and did not see an active plan.

You will need to contact your mobile network provider to investigate and ensure your plan is activated.
