contact birthday/anniversary not syncronising



after I couldn't send or recieve emails I went to my vendor and after 3 hours waiting time I got to know that they had screwed up my account on their own server. nevertheless my contacts birthdays or anniversary still don't show up inside my calendar, yes I sync it a few times, tried the solution with outlook and nothing works unless I change the contacts birthday entry or delete it and enter it new.


did this happen to anyone else, or any workaround for this?


I love blackberry and its service but it seems once a little problem occur everything is screwed up....sad to know!
