contact synchronization "Not available"

when I try to sync my contacts with a wire the contacts sync is indicating unavailable

Are you attempting to synchronize your contacts using the BlackBerry Desktop Software? If so, you are likely unable to do so because wireless synchronization is enabled for your contacts on the device.
