contacts not on backup

I recently lost my 9810, I had backed it up using the blackberry desktop software. When I used the restore command, no contacts appeared. I tried both the newer and older backups and neither worked. Any words of help?

Hello,

Can you please expand on "no contacts appeared"? From those three words, I cannot quite tell exactly what you are seeing. Please be very explicit and detailed about exactly the steps you take and exactly what you see (or do not see).

Also, are you using the a MAC or PC?
