Hi, I am using curve 8520, it was working fine suddenly got rebooted today and in the main screen I got an error "App error 523" I'm unable to skip that popup and unable to access anything. Oly the error message is showing in white screen.below that reset option is there if I click on that again it reboots an the same repeating . I tried connecting it through desktop software but its not getting connectedn tried By software update also but its not connecting. Plz help
OK fine...so you elect to ignore the other things that are already recommened above in this thread...I don't understand why you won't help yourself, but such is your choice to make. Consequently, all I can give you are the most drastic of possible fix methods:

Again, you leave me to guess...given the quantity of different things that are offered in this thread so far, I have no idea what you mean by "this mode"...you might perhaps mean Safe Mode, or you might perhaps mean one of those more drastic recovery methods I gave you. But, from your words, I simply cannot tell...

Well, that certainly would be expected, would it not? An electrical device without a power source certainly would not work at all, would it not?
I suspect that, perhaps, I continue to not understand you. If you could try to be a little bit more explicit with your words, then perhaps I might have a better chance of understanding you. As things stand, I do not.

In kb10144 mode if remove the battery and connect via usb my desktop softwarre is not detecting my phone itself
In that KB, which section (there are 2), and which step within the section please?
in kb27956 mode if I give chk for updates after connecting the cable pin is not detecting , plz help
Same question...I can guess you mean step 3...
Also, be sure that you have done the following first, just to try and really be certain:
1) Uninstall, from your PC, any BB OS packages
2) Make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed
3) Download and install, to your PC, the BB OS package you desire:
4) Delete, on your PC, all copies of VENDOR.XML...there will be at least one, and perhaps 2, and they will be located in or similarly to (it changes based on your Windows version) these folders:
Now try those processes again.
And what about the third process provided? You only mentioned two, of the three, that I provided...sometimes one will work while another will not.
Also, sometimes you have to try them multiple times, trying to time things a little differently. When things are really wonky, it can take many many tries -- I've had times when it took 25 (or more) tries to get it just right and achieve the connection necessary to proceed. Patience is the key.
Of course, do still realize that if the root of your issue is actually a hardware problem, then no amount of internet-distance diagnostics nor OS/software fixes will be of any use whatsoever...you will need to decide (for yourself) when you've had enough and seek out in-person (and possibly fee-based) support.

Hi i will explain you clear about my problem, When i was on call suddenly my mobile got stucked and i ve rebooted through battery pulling. After rebooting got the main screeen in that got error saying
If i give reset again the same process is going on and i am unable to access anything. Plz help
