curve 8520 start up


my phone ran out of battery and when i went to charge it up i plugged it in, the LED red light came on and the start up screen appeared, but instead of the white bar loading up it just completely turned off. It then does this repeatedly, and it does nothing else. I have no way of turning on my phone.. Just wondering if anybody has had the same problem and could give me some suggestions on why and how I can fix this problem?

Welcome to the forums. 


In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
