curve 9300 lifeless

HI

  Recently i had a fall and my blackberry curve 9300 was in my pocket. slight damage occurd to the battery cover and slight

dent in the screen but the problem is that it went off and will not turn on again, it is totally lifeless even with mains adapter connected. Any ideas please? there are pictures and vids that i would hate to loose

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

If the pictures and videos were saved on the micro sd card, you can remove the card and place it into another BlackBerry smartphone or SD adapter and transfer the files to a computer.

 

If they were saved on the internal memory, we will not be able to retrieve the data unless the BlackBerry Curve smartphone is powered up.
