hello every one,
my device is Curve 9300.
recently I got a problem with the network. so it is:
after start the device everything runs well. but a moment later, all the softwares which use the internet (both mobile and wifi) say "network is not available, please try later". only the blackberry browser still works, I can surf the internet with it without any problem.
I have tested the sim card on other devices, it works completely normal. so it's not sim card problem.
then I have updated the system and re-install the softwares, but the problem happened again. I deleted all of them, and installed every single software and tested, it still happened.
so what kind of problem can it be? and what can I do to solve it?
Thank you all!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
Hopefully that will get things going again for you!
If not, then I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:
It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
But if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, then you may need to consider more drastic actions -- WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload, and the "Bare Bones" OS Reload Process. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup to your PC...please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post for instructions.

Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
