I bought a new curve 9320 phone just before 15 days. and its 3rd digit key is not working properly it needs to be press harder than other keys. pls suggest what to do.....and as this is just 15 days old wht is the procedure to replace the set.

Have you tried a Battery pull reboot on your BlackBerry ? Do it by removing the battery while your device is Powered On then wait for a min. and reinsert it back , after reboot please check if issue persists .
.and as this is just 15 days old wht is the procedure to replace the set.
For any warranty related issue you should contact your own Carrier or the original point of sale.
