curve 9360 signal reception poor after drop

can anyone help ? 

i accidentally drop the phone and now the line is SOS now which previously was 3G (full bar). only other networks which are stronger can be detected. i can assure you this is not network provider;s error because my other blackberry works fine on the same line.


any helps will be well appreciated. i am capable of opening the housing of the phone myself. if i could DIY any guide will be very helpful guys

Remove the SIM card and insert it again. Also remove the battery from the and inset it back to have rest to your phone. Make sure that you start your phone without media card.

If doing above doesn't give you any result then you can consider having a OS reinstall. Please note that if the device hardware is damaged then none of the above step will work .
