[ Edited ]

Hi Guys_ am using a 9300 (Model), its been 2 months the performance of my phone is very poor. I've been activating my BIS in those two months but still it hasn't improve yet. Everytime I try to download something it takes forever and then "FAILS", called my Customer service for more than 10 times and they said the problem is not with them, its with the BLACKBERRY adminstrator server | Did a lot of changes went to [Options, Device----»Advance System Setting, Host R.....table_(Registered) after some time went on to ENTERPRISE ACTIVATION - its Contacting the Server forever and Retries..And I did REBOOT my Phone. No changes were made... Its really said my life is STILL without my phone working. Can anyone Help me Out

Re: curve - Enterprise Activation

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

What you should do is remove the BB from BES, conduct the ResetToFactory to remove the IT Policy, WIPE (BBSAK or JLCMDER) and reload the OS, and then get your BIS services functioning properly. Only then should you attempt to activate on BES, and if that causes problems, then what you were told might be correct...it could be some restrictions in the IT Policy that are causing something to not work as you expect, but your BES admins would need to look deeper into that. If they need help, there is a BES-specific portion of this site where they can ask other BES admins for assistance.

If you need detailed instructions for those steps I recommended, just ask and we can provide them.

Good luck!
