hello, my children have erased my contacts and calendar trying my code. all the phone's memory has been deleted. I lost my appointments and contacts. can you help me retrieve the phone memory. thank you very much

Do you have any previous Backup of your device Or are you using BlackBerry Protect to backup your datas, If you are then try those KB to restore your data :

Do you have BlackBerry Protect installed on your BlackBerry which allows over the air automatic backups?

Or have you backed up to your PC using the Desktop Software?

 

Or, do you have your contact/calendar connected to any wireless syncing such as a gmail, yahoo or hotmail email address?
