From what system, exactly? Please describe in more detail exactly what is happening...for it seems rather odd, and from what you provided, I can't determine the situation. For instance:
1) What email client are you sending from? Outlook? WebMail? Something else?
2) What email service are you using? Yahoo? GMail? Something else?
3) Do you have an auto-bcc configured in your email client/service? Maybe that's directed to something incorrect?
4) What is the exact content of the rejection that the recipients receive?
