delete mobileemail account

hi there

I need to delete my mobileemail.vodafone.net account and cannot find a way to do it!  Vodafone say it's not a problem their end, as do my web provider, and both suggest contacting Blackberry.  My mobileemail account is rejected by mx04.bis7.eu.blackberry.com.

Does anybody have any ideas?  As I would very much like to Undelivered Email notifications to stop!

Many thanks.

On your BlackBerry, open your email setup icon and proceed from there.

Re: delete mobileemail account

Oh..well you didn't explain that earlier.

Then you simply need to do this via the PC to your BIS account login for your Vodafone carrier. I don't know your country, so I can't give you the specific website.

Have you already cancelled your BlackBerry Internet Service account?

Re: delete mobileemail account

can't cancel as have forgotten password & when ask for reminder (remember the username), it says sent reminder to my device - which can't accept any messages! I've been in touch with Live Chat at Vodafone, who say 'The account is not active on the admin tool anymore .So i am no longer able to delete the email as its not shown there'... HELP!

 HELP!

I think I am trying to help you.

What else are you NOT telling us here... now you've stated you've forgotten the password? Why not explain ALL the details for us, so I don't waste your time telling what is needed and you return with yet another detail you've omitted.
