Can you please verify that you have selected all the settings outlined in the following KB article? "BlackBerry smartphone is not receiving the delivery report indicator when sending SMS messages" KB20390
If this is the case, I would recommend contacting your mobile network provider to verify the feature is enabled. For more information, please see the Additional Information field of the above article.
