desktop doesn't sync anymore with itunes

the playlist in the BB desktop software used to update when i add a new playlist in itunes or change the name of it or add new songs to it, but not anymore !! i tried to sync and uninstall and restarted dosens of times but nothing is changing. my desktop software doesnt sync with itunes anymore an im stuck on the old playlists only.
