desktop manager 6.1

I have a Curve 9330.  I previously used Version 6.1 version of the Desktop Manager but it stopped working.  I have searched the Blackberry website for desktop manager software but can only find the 7.0 versions which don't work.  I am looking for a 6.0 or 6.1 version of the desktop manager that I can download onto my PC (windows).

While it is for a process for cleanly starting over, there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed.

 

I am curious as to why the newer versions won't work for you...the typical reason is the Desktop PIM version...compatibility between the Desktop Software and the Desktop PIM indeed changed over time with different versions.

Thank you for the suggestion. What can I do to make the Desktop PIM version compatible with the Desktop Software.

There is nothing you can do to affect the compatibility. All you can do is to use a version of the Desktop Software that is compatible with the specific Desktop PIM that you are using...refer:
