desktop manager databases

Hi, I'm from Turkey

Can you help me, I use desktop manager 4.7 and I backup my information but  I use only advance backup, but I don't know this file databases properties . There are alot of things but all of them like same. Someone tell me that, address book, all adrees book, browser data cache and e.t.c what is mean of them? pls help me ı want to learn what contain this databases...

ex: blackberry messenger : your blackberry contact.

   or passport keeper: your secret passport (bank sites or your phone puk information)

If you have a user guide for tihs ı waiting your answer...

Address Book
