desktop manager for mac

Is there any way to download the desktop manager on a  MAC OS X 10.4.11 ?  I really don't feel like paying $169.00 to update to the 10.5 just for my Blackberry ....ughhhh.  Any suggestions?

Greetings, and welcome to the BlackBerry.com Support Forums.

None that I know of... it's just a system requirement.

Re: desktop manager for mac

What mac are you using?  If it has an intel processor, you may be able to go straight to snow leopard (10.6) for ~$30.

If not you are stuck with PM and MS.

Re: desktop manager for mac

I am experiencing the same problem, trying to download a desktop for my BlackBerry Curve to my Mac OS X 10.4.11 with a 1.83 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor.  Can it be done for $30, if I get Snow Leopard instead of upgrading to OS X 10.5?
