desktop manager problem


I installed the desktop manager .It used to work well for synchro but now, it does not connect and the synchro button

stay grey inactif,I cannot even config my synchro since the synchro button is grey.

I try to select usb on the connection menu but that does not change anything.

Do I have to do something on my blackberry or in my pc?

I even re installed the desktop on another pc and same thing desktop manager stays disconnected.

What should I do?
