I have an employee that has a blackberry 8900 and he wanted his email to be forwarded to his blackberry. I thought ok no problem, installed the blackberry redirector software and everything has been good up until last week. Our users have to change their user account password every 60 days. Last week, he changed his password and his email stopped being forwarded to his phone for obvious authentication issues. I re-synced the phone to his device from the desktop manager to grab the new settings with the password and his emails started working again but now it's like every once in a while it'll try to use the old password and it will lock his account on our domain. Any ideas?? Do I need to wipe the phone start fresh?
