I use a blackberry 9700 (v6.bundle 2949) which I connect via USB to a standard PC in order to syncronize via Desktop software.
Desktop software will not connect to Blackberry, although the USB connection is operational!
The device will operate normally as USB drive (file transfers etc.)
The error message obtained refers to low or dead battery of the blackberry device (which is not the case) and suggests an update of the device software ( no such updates come up). Mass storage is on and "sync media" operation is selected.
Problems started after the update of desktop software to v6 bundle 2949.
Can somebody please help as I am now unable to sync???
Many thanks in advance.
