dowloading app world on curve 8250

hello!

 

i tried to download app world but when i am in step no.2 there is message that say "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Client."

 

what must i do to complete the download?

Do you currently have Wi-Fi enabled? If so, try disabling and try to re-download BlackBerry App World.
