download blocked

I was able to download one app from App World, afterwards when I try to download another, I get one of two messages:

*sync issue

*Download has been blocked by corporate IT policy

Your device has an IT policy on it either from your company or from the company of whoever had the device before you. You will need to remove the IT policy from the device.
