According to some review I saw the internet browser 2 needs to be deleted to solve the downloading problem . My problem is my torch has only internet
Browser 2 an if deleted I can not browse . Please help ! Need to solve the downloading problem

Hi, I've a BlackBerry 9800. I'm continuously getting "Download Failed" messages when I use my Browser to download any media files irrespective of file size. I've tried many options posted on forums lilke 1. Delete browser 2 in service books, 2. Change network settings to manual, 3. Updated to official service provider OS 6 software, 4. Wiped my device to default settings, 5. Deleted all Apps to free up maximum memory and nothing has worked. The problem still persist and it's really frustrating. Please assist me in rectifying this situation. Thanx
