Try using www.nakko.com.

Here you can download a ringtone or make your own ringtone to your pc for free.

The absolute easiest way to get ringtones for your blackberry is to simply take your memory card out of the back, put it in your computer and open the file, it will have several files in it, music, pics, videos, and... Ringtones. Save any song or songs you want to have as your ringtone into that file, put the card back into your blackberry and just set any of those songs as the ringtone for whoever you want or for everything.

I have found http://www.blackberrytune.com/ringtones/ better for free BlackBerry Ringtones. One of the best integration I have seen with wordpress Blog. Worth checking out. No registration required.
