I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you!
If not, then unfortunately, since you listed, in your profile here, "8520" as your carrier, I cannot tell if you are in an area in the world that has been experiencing this problem. Nevertheless, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support as many who have report that they are told that it is "network congestion" issue, but blame shifts back and forth between RIM and the carriers. In any event, a formal ticket, opened with your provider, is the only way for this issue to receive adequate attention.
