duplicate emails

I am looking all over the Forum for an answer to this issue but nothing quite solves it. I have 5 email addresses (1 AOL, 1 BT, 1 .mac, 2 Gmail)  ALL of which are coming into the main (combined messages) inbox twice, one of them with 'sent using: unknown' at the top of them. The separated inboxes for each account are fine and don't have duplicates.


I recently installed a new sim card on my (unlocked) device while I am in North America, so that might have something to do with this but no solutions on the Forums to date and I have done this before with no issues like this. This problem started with duplicates in ALL my inboxes and I was able to fix everything but the above when I did a 'Register with the Host Routing Table' which was a suggestion made by my phone company.


Now just need to solve the issue above as its driving me mad. Any thoughts?
