e-mail issue

I occassionally receive e-mails that I can't read the body of.  I get who the e-mail is from and the subject line but nothing else comes through on my BB.  The message comes through fine to Outlook.  I have also had the same person send an e-mail to my partner who has my old BB (which I had the problem on as well) and he can read them just fine.  Any recommendations?

Start with a hard reset: remove the battery from the device (while the device is still powered on) for 10 seconds, then reinsert.

Thanks.  I tried that and still no luck.  I spoke with tech support at one point and they said it was something to do with the way the message was being sent but when I tried having the same e-mail sent to my old BB that had the same issue when it was mine it came through just fine so I don't think it can have anything to do with the e-mail itself.

Go to email icon click press menu click email configurations make sure it says internet browser
