Re: e-mails disappear from my Bold after reading on PC

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I think these KB articles  explain the cause and show you how to resolve it.

This problem may be caused by one of the following:

  1. There is insufficient storage space on the BlackBerry smartphone.
  2. A setting on the BlackBerry smartphone is set to delete messages after a certain amount of time.
  3. The BlackBerry® Internet Service account is configured to remove email messages from the BlackBerry smartphone when they are deleted from the messaging server.

Thanks,

I have done everything as you suggested, and still, a while after the messages has been opened on my PC, it dissapears from the phone? What else could be wrong?
