edge no cambia a EDGE

Ya he intentado casi de todo. Formateo, instalación de OS y sigue sin funcionar. Lo extraño es que me funcionó durante un mes la conexión a Internet y de repente dejo de funcionar. Lo lleve a un servicio técnico y me dicen que tiene que ser un problema del proveedor ya que ellos lo probaron con un chip de Claro Argentina y funciona y el mío es de Movistar Argentina y no anda. Alguna idea al respecto. Gracias de antemano

Sorry to have written in spanish my question. There you have in english

 

I've tried almost everything. Formatting, OS installation and still not working. The strange thing is that I worked for a month Internet connection and suddenly stopped working. What to wear to a service and they say it has to be a provider problem and they tested it with a chip Claro Argentina and works. My chip Movistar Argentina is not working. Any idea about it. Thanks in advance

And request a data plan or BIS that suits your needs.

To count on the service books which will allow you to stay connected.

 

When you activate a data plan lowercase letters changed to EDGE

Which this is a sign that own an active data plan.

Thanks, I have tried they said that the data plan is active. I can send whatapps, this implies that I have a data plan since it works over internet platform.
