email account

hiiii alll...

 

i just bot new curve 9320, am trying to create an email account but the icon is missing in set up ... pls help, this happened after i created my blackberry id.

Hi there,

Can you confirm that you have a BlackBerry data plan enabled on your BlackBerry? To use email on your BlackBerry, you need to subscribe to BlackBerry data services. If needed, confirm by calling your wireless service provider.
